Cloud Ace Corporation (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Makoto Aoki, President) has established a U.S. corporation on April 12, 2023, as a subsidiary of its parent company, Yoshidumi Holdings, Inc.

Cloud Ace has been expanding its business globally, starting with Asia, with the goal of having offices around the world.

California’s Silicon Valley is known as a place where global technology companies are concentrated, including Google Cloud. We believe that Cloud Ace will be able to leverage its technological capabilities to access the region’s technology ecosystem and promote technological innovation in this new location where ever-evolving digital-first businesses are being born.

At the same time, we will further strengthen our relationship with Google Cloud to obtain cutting-edge cloud-related information that will be useful for the Group’s overall business strategy.

The Group is also focused on employee training and continues to develop human resources with a global perspective. We aim to achieve group-wide growth by creating a diverse work environment that encourages interaction among locations and cross-cultural communication.

The establishment of the U.S. subsidiary marks the 16th sales base for the Minebea Group, following those in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka), Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City), Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, India, Germany, and Brazil. Going forward, we will continue to coordinate engineering resources at all locations to further strengthen our global development system and strive to provide world-class technology and service quality.
