Cloud Ace Co., Ltd. （headquarter：Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Makoto Aoki, President and CEO; hereinafter referred to as Cloud Ace) announced that it has established a new subsidiary in Germany.

While Cloud Ace has been focusing on expanding its business in the Asian market with the goal of having offices around the world, it has established a subsidiary in Germany, one of the largest economies in Europe, as a foothold to enter the European market.

In Germany, which advocates “Industry 4.0,” further demand for cloud computing is expected in the future as a foundation for the development of technologies and design principles that will support smarter factories.

Berlin, the capital of Germany, where Cloud-Ace GmbH is based, has become a mecca for startups in recent years, and many unicorn companies have been born here. In order to meet the needs of this market where many new businesses are being created, we will strive to contribute to Berlin’s ecosystem by providing optimal solutions that combine the know-how and technological capabilities we have cultivated over the years. 


With the establishment of this local subsidiary, the Company now has 14 sales offices, following those in Japan (Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka), Vietnam (Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City), Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Hong Kong, and India. We will continue to strive to further strengthen our global structure with the export of high-quality Japanese SI and coordinated engineering resources at all of our offices, and to improve our technological capabilities and service quality on a global level.
